This selection of model buses is seen here on display at the British Commercial Vehicle Museum, Leyland, on 25/09/2022. Top right is a 'silver' 'unpainted' London Transport Routemaster while fourth shelf down on the left is one of the 'Gay Hostess' Ribble Atlantean's. The real ones of course pounded up and down the M6 and M1 Motorways between the North-West and London. This museum is well worth a visit, especially if you haven't been for a while or in fact haven't been before. © Peter Steel 2022.
