Stagecoach Holdings tried out articulated coaches with success to varying degrees. This smart example was new to Stagecoach Ribble Buses(101), in 08/1996, registered P973UBV, for 'Stagecoach Express' branded services in the north-west mainly for the X61 between Lancashire and Manchester. After leaving Ribble it passed to Stagecoach Fife(573) and then to Stagecoach Western Buses(162) with whom it is with when seen here at the Dumfries Truck & Bus Show, on 18/06/2006.
