Rochdale Town Hall is a grade one listed building designed by William Crossland, which opened in 1871 to symbolise the town’s rich industrial standing in the textile trade. Its ornate stylings are rivalled only by the Palace of Westminster according to Historic England. www.rochdale.gov.uk/sports-leisure/rochdale-town-hall.

17th-century baroque church turned into modern-day mausoleum for tombs of national celebrities. Looking good in the early evening night sky. It is located in the Alfama neighbourhood, close to another important Lisbon monument, the Monastery of São Vicente de Fora.
It was the Church of Saint Engratia when it was built in 1682, but became the National Pantheon in 1916. Its large dome was only completed in 1966, making it the monument that took the longest to complete in all of Portugal. There’s even an expression in the country for something that takes forever -- “a job like St. Engratia.”https://www.lisbonportugaltourism.com/guide/national-pantheon.html. You can visit the Pantheon and climb up inside the tower.

Apparently, this is the Old Customs House in the Tobaco Garden. It is a Government building.
