It's been a while, but I love the surreal work of Robin Isley, and have decided to do some more. Not sure if he (she?) retired, but they haven't seemed to have posted in a long while...

Like much of Isley's digital collage creations, this one is untitled, and I cannot find a date, either. And, as a testament to my detective skills, I cannot find the painting they put in the skull, either - it's almost certainly by Hieronymus Bosch, but I can't find the source.
