A bit overpowered, three Alcos take the train to Ridgeley. The FPA-4 was built for CN, the RS-3 built for B&M, and the RSD-5 for the C&NW.

Back in 1991 the Western Maryland Scenic was all diesel. all Alco diesels. Here's FPA-4 "WM 305" at the Cumberland, Md depot.

RS-3 199 at Cumberland. This unit is now at the RR Museum of New England. (Hard to believe the RRMNE has had it for ten years now.) It was built in 1954 for the B&M and at one point traded to the D&H for one of their RS-3's on account of it having a steam generator.
