It was a cold evening, sunset wasn’t as great but after our Star disappeared under the horizon which transformed the sky while still allowing to have some reflective light to shine on the foreground. We stayed as long as we could before the cold froze our bones. As usual… worth it.

Botallack mine in Cornwall

Some of the most iconic mines in the south west of Cornwall. Beautiful during sunset as it is lit by the setting sun. I like the movement in the waves and the light on these 2 ruins marked by the passing time.

First snow of the year in Zurich… so direction on the top of Zürich, Uetliberg to get some interesting views the city and this famous peak.

Neolithic Funeral chamber in South of Wales under the Stars

The night sky in beautiful Pembrokeshire is clear and the Milky Way can easily be seen. This night I meet up a fellow photographer to capture these impressive funeral chambers near our BnB. A night that I will remember for a long time as we had the sheep’s company; one of them sounded like it was coughing. Shooting under such a sky is always rewarding, I came up with 4 unique shots at the end of this session. If you like watching the stars, the Pembrokeshire coast is one of the best destination in the UK.

A soft evening in Peak District

This is one of the many location in the Peak District that I wanted to re-visit for this year project. It is good to see the evolution in my photography but also to see this location at a different time of the year. The last time that I was there it was autumn with not so much vegetation, the big surprised here was to see the amount of greenery around the bridge.
