Happy Halloween or Joyous Thanksgiving?
The illustration of a little girl sitting on a giant jack-o'-lantern and holding a black cat seems appropriate for a Halloween postcard, but the turkey and "Joyous Thanksgiving" greeting make it obvious that it's a Thanksgiving card.
This is an unused divided-back postcard with no message or address on the other side. Another copy of this card that I spotted online was postmarked in 1909.
For another Thanksgiving postcard with a jack-o'-lantern, see Thanksgiving Greetings.
"A Joyous Thanksgiving."

A Halloween postcard addressed on the other side to "Master Carroll Troxell, Detour, Md., c/o Lester Troxell," and postmarked in Taneytown, Md., on October 29, 1914. The message is: "From Ruth & John, 10-27-14."
I believe that the artist's signature is A. Heinmüller (visible just below the feather duster), but I've also seen it transcribed as A. Meinmüller, Meinmüller, and Aleinmüller.
Hallowe'en Joys
If ye ride a jack pumpkin at twelve-o'-night
With a witch's wand for a horse,
The wicked creatures flee at the sight,
And die hard, from sheer remorse.
A. Heinmüller

The kid standing on the right flashed a V sign (or peace sign) here and in another photo where he's dressed in a Fred Flintstone costume. The jack-o'-lanterns also make an appearance in the other photo.
