The Floyd had just stepped out of Abbey Road Studios for some candy and currant buns when this happened:
* Pow R. Toc H. (1967)
It was Brother Gregory! And he was chasing them with a plate of English oysters. Nobody expects an English oyster inquisition!
After being chased off Earth and around the solar system by Gregory, Pink managed to evade the monk and land the band's battered starship on the outskirts of Poperinge, Belgium, for a much needed rest and repairs. Eventually, they made their way back to Abbey Road to record their experience, word for word.
"I'd like to think that oysters transcend national barriers." — Roger Waters, Studio Europasonor, Paris, 1971
