This night photograph was taken in Zhuo Zhuang Ancient Town during our visit in June 2024. Zhuo Zhuang is a historic water town of nearly 1000 years, and is considered to be China’s Number 1 water town.

This photograph captured a man rowing a boat (on the left) while two ladies were seen on the right of the photograph waiting for visitors.

The variously illuminated buildings on either side of the canal and boats provided interesting contrasts to the nightscape.
