The color version of this made RAILROAD magazine's cover, for May of 1975. It was taken as Southern locomotive 4501 was pulling out of Jacksonville's Simpson Yards heading up a railfan excursion to Valdosta, GA, May 18, 1974.
I was really into Southern's steam program, back then. I used two cameras mounted on a stick bar for the captures.

We timed it just right, in order to capture the entire Daylight train spread out on the bridge. I am not sure if anyone else has this shot, although I did see helecopter coverage of the event, later. June 2, 1984.
