Was out with Arlon, one of my students, today and we were looking at the whole area of exposure. This is one of my fave spots in Yurakucho and we did some shots here using slower shutter-speeds [this was hand-held at 1/6th second]. This spot opposite us was superb: gap in the bridge pillars, constant stream of folk walking past on their way to lunch. Great.
