This is a photo of the Falls of Feugh flowing upstream away from Banchory and into the River Dee which eventually enters the North Sea at Aberdeen, Scotland. This is the viewing area for many salmon making there way upstream to lay their eggs. There was a lot of activity this day but none of the shots of the actual salmon were any good.
This is an HDR using multiple exposures blended together to give a dynamic light range.

The contrast between nature and man-made machine, hence the selective colour to emphasise the contrast.

When walking back from Lonach Gathering (a Highland Games event in the center of Scotland) I saw this bright red Ferrari and had to take a snap. The background was quite boring so I decided to make a selective colouring shot and add a vignette.
