Eric's good friends Shogo and Sachiko took us on a fun trip to Hattasan-Soneiji Temple, Fukuroi-shi, Shizuoka.
Sadly I couldn't get any nice photos of the temple because it was too sunny and bright, but it was such a beautiful and refreshing place.

As you may already know, Shizuoka is one of the most famous places in Japan for its fine green tea.
Shogo and Sachiko took us to Tenryu and we had wonderful soba noodles and some tempura for lunch.
It was so yummy that I forgot to take pictures of the dishes, haha.

Hattasan-Soneiji Temple is selling the famous kushi-dango (rice cake with azuki beans paste).
It is said that eating a kushi-dango will dispel evil and diseases.
