The entire trip I see hundreds of birds, but with a small lens, sneaking up on these guys was a different story. This eagle let me get pretty close to him. The burnt Russian Olive trees made him easily visible.

While kayaking the multiple channels between the reeds, it is easy to get lost. With some searching we eventually found the way, but meanwhile from this photo, you can see how we can get lost. No matter the case, we weren't saddened by the added exploring.

Two days on the Winchester Wasteway. No matter how bad the name sounds, it was an amazing 25 miles of canoeing and kayaking. It goes to show you, adventure can be had anywhere. What a great time!
