Finally managed to catch sight of this little guy, I have heard his hammering for weeks now - I was so busy looking for him I even fell down the garden steps once!

It's great being able to see actual wildlife out of the window again.

Not a bad day... bright, bit of a chilly wind....

Took this at Roanhead looking towards Askham along the Duddon Estuary. Threw a 10 stop ND filter at it to blur the clouds a bit, could have used a 15 stop I think to get what I was looking for;-)
