Looking across the sound from Port Wemyss to Orsay and the Rhinns of Islay Lighthouse on a particularly fine morning. I spent a long while sitting here listening to the seals singing, something I haven't heard in an awful lot of years!

I have been passing these two bulls for a good few days now, they have taken up residence in the corner of the field by the road and it has been on my mind to photograph them since they first turned up.

Today I finally remembered to take the camera as I went down to the shop!

The leaves are slowly starting to have a hint of autumn about them now, although this is probably largely due to the dry conditions of the summer rather than the onset of an early autumn.
