And so it begins....

The editathon from last Sunday's wedding. The selection is whittled down to a mere 330 images from the starting 962 and a few choice ones have been edited - as much to either check that the exposure was right for some of my ideas or to test out some concepts as I went.

The real fun will start over the weekend ;-)

A short stroll up the hill from home on a late autumn morning. There won't be many more days like this in 2024 as the autumn colours are well past their peak now in most areas of the Highlands.

I have pretty much completed the selection of photographs to edit from the wedding now... I am still a bit on the over reaching side of things but there may be some more selecting done as I start to process everything through next week. I am going to be drinking a lot of coffee!

I found this cabin up near Califer between Elgin and Forres today with a fine view out over the Findhorn Estuary and on to the Moray Firth.

Just a shame the weather wasn't more interesting!
