Being able to obtain brand new Hot Wheels Ferrari models may now be just a fading memory having lost the exclusive licensing deal to the Maisto owning May Cheong Group but thankfully there are always cheapo Chinese copies to tickle your Ferrari fancy instead! :-)
This particular copy of one of HW final Ferrari models the 599XX is made by a toy company who go straight to the top of the class for copyright infringement. Not only have they produced their own version of the original but they have also decided to brand it as a Hot Wheels too right down to the name, logo and packaging colour scheme. Quality wise it isn't as good as Mattels finest, it uses an all plastic body with no interior but looks pretty well cast with tasteful graphics and Tomica style wheels. Part of a four vehicle set. Mint and boxed.
