I've spent ages trying to identify this Sohbi saloon model and can only think it is based on a Nissan Tiida saloon. If anyone can confirm or deny this i'd be grateful. All Sohbi models appear to be unlicensed and veer on the cheapo side so identification can be difficult and detailing and realism a bit scant. Part of a 5 vehicle set.
Mint and boxed.

Sohbi isn't a toy manufacturer which features highly in my collection as I can never find them on general sale anywhere! Their products arn't particularly anything special, a bit like Welly models from the 1980's. Fairly basic castings and generally unlicensed but collectable.
Bizarely I bought this one today from Morrisons hidden amongst the Hot Wheels and Matchbox bins. I don't know how long it has been there but unfortunately there were no more to be found! This Porsche 959 also features the name Michel Weimann but i've no idea who or what that is if anything at all. Mint and boxed.

The 1970's Ford Econoline was most certainly the van of choice for so many Far Eastern toy makers since that period onwards. Sohbi have been making their version for years with its neat plastic front end and attractive silver finish wheels. This is an ambulance model sold exclusively for the Korean market and comes in a 15 vehicle set. Mint and boxed.

Sohbi are normally associated with el cheapo diecasts usually found in multi-sets. They can vary from models which look as they belong in the Suntoys range to ones like this which on closer inspection are actually very commendable. None are licensed castings of course but this BMW 8 Series wouldn't look too out of place in a more established toy makers line up with its realistic styling, well applied metallic finish and attractive wheels. Part of a 15 vehicle set sold under the JYToys brand and coming directly from Korea no less! Mint and boxed.

Sohbi don't update their model range very often and so i'm guessing this first generation Porsche Boxster S is one of their latest efforts though of course its still many years old! Like all Sohbi models its unlicensed but that doesn't seem to affect its decent levels of accuracy and realism with its bodywork and painted features. One unexpected feature of this cheapo Porsche model is its heavyweight feel and general good overall finish plus of course those silver wheels add to the appearance. Part of a 15 vehicle set designed specifically for the Korean market and sold under the JYToys brand. Mint and boxed.
