Certainly looking a little bit better in the paint finish department than the previous white and silver ones I originally bought back in late 2015 is this newer yellow version. Made by Tian Du who are a typical budget diecast manufacturer from China this is a fairly decent looking non licensed Mercedes-Benz C-Class which comes complete with painted lights, grille and an interior. Its certainly no Welly or Realtoy but is perfectly acceptable for the price and neatly cast, i'd much prefer models like this in retailers budget in-house branded ranges than some of the horrors which are appearing via HTI! Bought from my usual Bulgarian Ebayer back in September 2016. Mint and boxed.

One of the very first items I bought from AliExpress back in December 2015 was a 24 vehicle set made by Tian Du. Disappointingly it was full of duplicates unlike the pictures in the advert which showed various different castings in various colours! In reality this 24 vehicle set contained just THREE different castings and just four different colours one of the most numerous being this silver Mercedes-Benz C-Class. A typical cheapo unlicensed casting which are spewed out of various Chinese factories in there millions though its casting is pretty realistic and isn't much worse than the licensed HTI equivalent. Where Tian Du let their models down is in the final paint application which can sometimes be quite rough and patchy as can be seen on this example but at the price charged I guess they aren't meant to convey a sense of quality. Yet another Tian Du Mercedes-Benz C-Class in my collection thanks to plenty of duplicates in a 24 vehicle set I got from AliExpress back in December 2015 which incidentally was one of the first orders I got from them. All Tian Du castings are unlicensed but are usually pretty realistic looking in a cheapo kind of way with this C-Class perhaps being one of their best. In this silver guise its exterior features are oddly coloured in gold but overall its tastefully finished and well proportioned. Mint and boxed.

Neat looking if slightly cheapo little model of a W204 generation Mercedes-Benz C-Class saloon by a Chinese toy company called Tian Du. It is similar in quality and accuracy to the equivalent HTI version though that of course is licensed and thus benefits from badging etc..
The Tian Du casting looks pretty crisp especially in this white colour and a decent effort for an unlicensed model even if the finish sometimes leaves a lot to be desired! Part of a 24 vehicle Auto Model World branded set bought directly from China back in December 2015. Mint and boxed.

One of the first sets of cars I ever bought from the Chinese AliExpress website back in December 2015 was one containing 24 vehicles made by a company called Tian Du. Unfortunately there were far more duplicates than I was expecting which means I got quite a few of these silver Mercedes-Benz C-Class models! Tian Du is one of those slightly obscure Chinese toy makers who make a range of acceptable non licensed castings i.e. pretty realistic without looking too cheapo. This is obviously no Welly or Realtoy but for the money is a decent looking little model which accurately represents the vehicle its based on and even stretches to an interior and sunroof. To be honest the only thing which really lets it down is the slightly poor paint finish. Mint and boxed.
