I'm still pleasantly amused by the modern Matchbox copies being churned out of various Chinese toy factories, many being predictable choices whilst others remain pretty unique. I've yet to see another company copy the Matchbox Dodge Charger Pursuit though i've no doubt in time more will do so! ;-p
Not bad quality as it goes, this Xinze branded example even has detailed front headlights which is more than what the original ever gets! Part of a six vehicle set sourced directly from China. Mint and boxed.

From what I can see most products of Xinze appear to be copies of Matchbox and Hot Wheels. As I don't actively collect generics I can't say whether this pseudo-futuristic Fire Engine is a copy from those brands or somebody else or a Xinze original. I have a sneaky feeling in a perverse way that its actually copied from the Toys R Us Fastlane generic Fire Engine! Part of a six vehicle set. Mint and boxed.

A very familiar casting with its body encased in girders and raised right height. Xinze certainly isn't the first Chinese toy maker to copy the original Matchbox Ford F-350 Super Duty Superlift and almost certainly won't be the last! Lots of unpainted grey plastic are an obvious "celebration" of Matchbox cost cutting but overall not bad quality wise. Part of a six vehicle set. Mint and boxed.

More Chinese produced Matchbox copies from a company called Xinze who I'd not heard of until sourcing a six vehicle set recently from China. It continues that long running theme of using wheels copied from the MBX sawtooth originals and more basic types of livery. Mint and boxed.
