I've bought a couple of skirts over the last year or so featuring white polka dots on a black background as I looked for the 'perfect' skirt in this style.

At my 3rd attempt, I've found it. It has the fullness and length that I wanted in this style of skirt.

Second time I've owned this skirt. I bought it from Debenham's a few years back and it ended up being recycled for a reason I cannot remember. When I recently saw it being sold on ebay I decided I had to have it again.
