Another gorgeous quality skirt I found on ebay. A beautiful length skirt in featuring knife pleats which I really like.

This is a really nice skirt. The box pleating is permanent and it has a nice black velvet band across the bottom a few inches above the hem.

I say the pleating is permanent because sometimes the pleating is very 'loose' in pleated skirts and actually comes out after wearing.
