Took a quick trip to Arkansas for the past few days to see some fall color. They had record heat the last week so most of the leaves were drying up and past peak. The sun was bright, it was warm, and there was smoke or something in the air, but it was still beautiful. I had no idea there were view with endless color there. Wish I would have known about this years ago. This picture was taken on scenic route 7.

Built in 1966 near Eureka Springs, Arkansas. He stand 67 feet tall. He was the work of Emmet Sullivan who also assisted in Mt Rushmore.

Just for fun. I was workng on my abstracts. The trees that made this reflecion were actually not very pretty but the reflection they made was bright and colorful.
