The Paddock Viaduct is a Grade II listed structure and is apparently in need of some renovation. Although not Grade II listed it's a scenario that is repeated in the buildings of the former Cliffe Engineering Services which are now individual units specialising in, amongst other things, powder coating and kebab manufacturing.
