The red rock in PEI is magnificent.

Recently returned from a wonderful vacation in PEI. Unfortunately my Nikon D800e was damaged beyond repair (according to Nikon) on our first full day there due to rain damage and the rest of the trip I had to borrow the Hubbys Nikon D800. Thus if you look at my EXIF data it actually shows as his copyright.

Thunder Cove Beach, Darnley PEI

I was so excited to photograph sunrise here that I didn't even consider we might have to wade through waist high water in the morning , as we had scouted the location the previous afternoon with ankle high water. It was well worth the efforts for a trip where my camera broke on our first full day there due to water damage and I was shooting the rest of the trip with my hubby's camera.
