From Jazz to Dance -> Kate Ryan was performing Ella, Elle L’a”, a dance remake of a 1985 hit single from French pop diva France Gall. The song was a tribute to Ella Fitzgerald (considered one of the most influential jazz vocalists of the 20th century). Talk about music genres!
Kate Ryan is a Belgian World Music Award winner. She began her singing career in 2001 and represented Belgium in the semifinals of Eurovision Song Contest 2006 (an annual music competition held among active member countries of the European Union).
