Olympics Team Canada Parade : The Winning cast of Vancouver 2010 Olympics and Para Olympic games makes an appearance in Montreal. Close to a 100,000 people gathered on St Catherine street to see these Olympic athletes.
Historically, Canada has never won a Olympic gold medal on home soil before this year. And come 2010, we ended up setting a record on the number of Olympic Golds conquered by a single country - 14 to be exact!

Alexandre Bilodeau broke the Olympic curse by bringing home Canada's first gold medal on home soil, hence is in prime media spotlight.
