Stunning Ferris Wheel at Carnegie Mellon University's (CMU) Spring Carnival 2011 on April 15th, 2011.
CMU Spring Carnival is a major festival for undergrads at Carnegie Mellon University. 3 days of crazy carnival celebration (Thursday to Saturday) filled by events like concerts, stand up performances, magical rides, interesting booths, mobot / robot races (Its CMU after all) ...as well as buggy races ( A cart with a driver being pushed by another team member).

Eddie Griffin being hilariious as always at the Carnegie Mellon Spring Carnival 2011 on April 15th, 2011. Eddie Griffin gave a 2 plus hour set teaching Life 101 to the Carnegie Mellon community, Other major artists included Outcast's Big Boi and Brother Ali.

Bluth's Frozen Banana Stand from the series Arrested Development at Carnegie Mellon's Spring Carnival 2011.
TV Reference - Even after becoming a multi millionaire, George Bluth in Arrested Development kept running a banana stand alongside his construction business, repeatedly saying "There's always money in the Banana stand". At the end of 3 seasons, when the banana stand is burnt down, the family realizes the banana stand had hidden cash inside.
Sad the show got cancelled after just 3 seasons...but the references wouldn't die anytime soon.
