Yesterday, 11 October 2022, I did a quick drive south to the Saskatoon Farm, to pick up a few fresh vegetables and to see if there were still any pumpkins on display. I always love to see them each year and take a few photos. At the moment, I can't really use my right arm to hold and lift my camera high enough, but hoping that this will gradually improve. Also enjoyed a good breakfast there.
Fortunately, the Farm is only about 20 minutes south of the city. Usually, I then go driving some of the backroads further SE afterwards, but I didn't feel up to it yesterday, except for one side road on my way home. I have done no city driving the last four weeks except for two or three times within five or so minutes from home. Out of the city, I can relax my right arm to try to ease the pain from time to time, but not when driving on busy city roads.
Apart from a bit of rain the other night, our weather continues to be beautiful and sunny. We are so lucky that we have not yet had snow in the city.
