After we got stuck in deep snow on our driveway, my husband had to dig us out by hand with a shovel and then clear a path with his Bobcat machine with a snowplow attachment. It was bitter cold but the moonlight was heavenly.
From Vancouver, we first walked down to the SeaBus, cruised over the harbour to take the train to the airport, then flew to Edmonton where we rented a car to drive the last section of the 1200km distance to Bluebird Estates. The whole journey took 7 hours. Quite the adventure!!
