Along with the one in Holland this is the third 'Mulliner' Scout car I have come across. Interesting non-standard (?) camouflage hood. The plated radiator cowl would identify this as one of the later production models but this is actually the oldest known of type.
According to Brian Purves' Austin Seven Source Book, 118 scout cars were produced in 1929 and a further 40 were supplied in 1930. That at least 3 have survived is quite rmarkable for a military vehicle.
