This sign sits in front of the long-time Law Offices of Hadley & Fraulob in the beautiful Victorian building at 230 Fifth St., Marysville, next to the Post Office and across the street from the Court House.

This beautifully restored Victorian home has housed the Law Offices of Hadley & Fraulob at 5th and C Streets in Marysville CA for over 30 years.

Originally built in 1948 as Greenagle Motors Kaiser-Frazer, later became Tri-Counties Motors (also K-F). For a short time in 1957-58 was John Fife Edsel Sales, before that dealership moved to Marysville. Has been Fins & Feathers Pet Shop for a number of years. I have pictures of it being built as a K-F dealership, but have never found a picture of it as an Edsel dealership.

Wheeler still sold Oldsmobile and Fiat, but had not yet taken on Chevrolet when this postcard photo was taken in the early '70s.

Although this photo was taken just about 3 years ago the Oldsmobile name was still on the standup dealership sign and on the front showroom window as well. Oldsmobile had been discontinued in 2004, but there are many older Oldsmobiles in this area that provide parts and service business. Fiat was long gone, of course. Off to the left is a smaller building that housed the Mazda and Jeep franchises.
