This is a former Russian air force example, which served as a gate guard at Kluczewo AB, Poland, after it's active duty. The last unit stationed was the 159th 'Novorossiysk' Guards Fighter Aviation Regiment flying Su-27 Flankers. The base was closed in 1992.
