James and Susan Scully nee Hanlon met in the Legion of Mary in Ballyfermot in the early seventies. They got married in 1975 and due to the recession back then they emigrated to Australia eventually setting up their home in Perth. James is from Cloiginn Avenue and Susan is from O Moore Road. Lovely to meet up with old Friends

Thank you to all that turned up to our Ballyfermot Heritage Day today, in Ballyfermot Library. Saturday the 24th August 2019. We were delighted with the large turnout. Thank you to Una Gomez and all the Ballyfermot Library Staff, David Duggan and Sean Brennan that designed our new Ballyfermot Heritage Website that was launched by Sean Brennan today. Our meet and greet Ladies Tara Brennan, Celine Hickey, and Susanne Plummer. And all our Ballyfermot Heritage group that got the place ready for today.
