The Time Eater clock at the University of Cambridge.
Apparently, the clock is only accurate once every five minutes - the rest of the time the lights are simply for decoration. Which means that this clock is totally, utterly useless!
The pendulum also swings randomly, which is slightly entertaining, and ensures that you have no faith in the time displayed.
Oh, and there is a pirahna, grass-hopper hybrid stuck on top as 'decoration'.
What a waste! They could have done something really nice, rather than an ugly and useless clock!
