Kickstarting the growth of the Mosaic District, this Target store opened on October 10, 2012. It has served as the center's tenant for general goods and groceries. Since opening, it has also received several "Innovation" remodels that reimagined departments of the store.

Target is mostly located on the fourth floor of the building. The lower levels are occupied by a parking garage, among several other tenants.

Upon Sears' bankruptcy, not even their store at this regional shopping center could last. This three-level store closed in March 2019 as part of one of their recent closing rounds. While they haven't taken down the sign either, mall management does a... decent job boarding up the entrance?
