Title Translation: Along the River Grote Nete

North of Lier around Kessel there is a beautiful and unspoiled stretch of rural flemish landscape around the river 'de Grote Nete'. The river is constrained within high dykes, which also act as picturesque hiking trails.

The landscape is rural, not natural, but no less beautiful for it. In the distance on the horizon you can see the outskirts of the village of Bevel.
