Twin screw towboat "K.L.J. Erickson" (doc. # 266905, length 140 feet, breadth 35 feet, Baldwin-Lima-Hamilton diesels, 2160 hp. [repowered in 1996 with GM 16-645E2 diesels, 3200 hp.]).
Built in 1954 by St. Louis Shipbuilding and Steel Co., St Louis, Missouri.
Originally named "A. H. Crane" and operated by Ohio River Co., Cincinnati, Ohio.
In 1969, sold to The Valley Line Co., St. Louis, and renamed "Brandon".
In 1987, sold to River Rat Marine, Paducah, Kentucky, and renamed "Nina Sue", then "Sam Kinzeler".
In 1988, sold to Marquette Transportation Co., Paducah.
In 1989, renamed "K.L.J. Erickson".
In 1998, sold to Ultrapetrol (Bahamas) and taken to Argentina.
At some point the boat was renamed "Cavalier II"
(see 2012 photo of "Cavalier II").
