Looking SE from New Albany riverbank just below K&I Bridge:
Asphalt barge which broke loose from towboat "Kelly Lee", went through lowest gate (next to hydro plant) of McAlpine Dam and came to rest on its port side against 2 bridge piers.
At left is swing span, probably not opened since 1920.
