I'm involved in a photo documentary project with the Kalamazoo Valley Museum, and, among other things, they want all of their photographers to take a picture of their "TV rooms." The idea is to get a snapshot of life way back in 2011, for future historians to chuckle over. So, here it is, a shot of our living room, which is where we keep the TV, among other things.

For this project I dusted off the old Panosarus and PTGui. This is 38 images taken with the XTi, which, if I had the patience to let my computer handle it, would result in an image 15810 pixels wide by 11077 pixels tall. Exposure was set with my hand-held light meter, white balance was accomplished with my Lally Cap, and I actually got a tape measure out to measure the distance to focus for the aperture to get the whole room in focus, back to front. I impressed myself with my technique :-)

Original images were taken on 4/16/2011
