I bought one of those Lytro cameras knowing that there were terrible photo-making devices, but I was so intrigued by the whole concept that I could hardly resist. True to the reviews, it is a terrible camera, even when compared to my smart phone. Still, once in a while, I can manage something half way decent. Adding digital grain makes the resulting image more tolerable.

Fortunately I didn't pay anything near the full price for the machine.
