Description:Embossed postcard titled "Thanksgiving Greetings" depicting a young boy in a straw hat and jeans hauling a gigantic husked ear of corn on his shoulder. Postmarked November 21, 1910 and printed with the number 524 on the front, this card was sent from St. Paul, Minnesota to Mrs. J. B. Andrews of Roland Park, a neighborhood in Baltimore, Maryland. On the back also is an identifying library stamp.

Title:Best wishes for a good Thanksgiving

Description:Embossed postcard dated November 18, 1908 titled "Best Wishes For A Good Thanksgiving" depicting a boy (left) and a girl trying to pull and push, respectively, a large pumpkin. With the painting on the front copyrighted by the International Art Publishing Company, this card was sent by Elizabeth to her Aunt Mary B. Schrandenbach--both believed to be living in Baltimore, Maryland. This card has no postmark, is not addressed, and most likely was annotated by someone else, perhaps a proud parent. (Editor's note: Some sources attribute the artwork to Ellen H. Clapsaddle.)

Description:Embossed postcard titled "Cordial Thanksgiving Greetings" depicting two young children in overalls trying to temp a large turkey, with one child holding out a plate of fruit and the other holding a lasso in his hands waiting to throw it around the turkey's neck. Postmarked November 29, 1911, with the artwork signed by Ellen H. Clapsaddle and the painting only copyrighted by S. Garre in 1909, this card was sent to Master John Morrison in Baltimore, Maryland from his brother in Akron, Ohio, explaining that the picture on the front of the card shows how people in Akron, Ohio catch turkeys.

Bergman of New York in 1912 on the back, with series number 7037 printed on the front, this card was sent, but not postmarked, from Herbert and Lena to Mr. Raymond Whelpley in Baltimore, Maryland. (Editor's note: Although there is no postmark and thus no year mailed, the date of copyright provides the Coverage (Time Period) of 1911-1920.)
