Some are waving, some are looking around and smiling, and some are standing with their hands folded in front of them. They are wearing suits and white March on Washington pinback buttons. Some of the men in the photo include Mathew Ahmann, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., Joachim Prinz, Whitney Moore Young Jr., Roy Wilkins, A. Philip Randolph, Walter Reuther, and Eugene Carson Blake. There are also some unidentified men in the photo. There is a crowd of people standing behind them and holding signs.
