Construite aux XIVe et XVe S. au centre de Bernay, elle abrite depuis le début du XIXe S. un très intéressant mobilier provenant de l'église abbatiale du Bec-Hellouin. A noter qu' en 1687, un ouragan survient sur la ville provoquant la chute de la flèche de l'église qui s'effondre en tuant 11 personnes et causant de nombreux dégâts dans l'église.
