Family : Fabaceae/Caesalpiniaceae
Quite a rare cultivar of Delonix regia.
Grafting may well be the only consistent way to reproduce this tree. It is possible to grow Delonix regia var. flavida from seed but the trees may not be as vigorous and seed grown trees may take up to 10 years to flower.
I believe there are a few nurseries in North Queensland that do carry some stock from time to time.
Delonix regia var. flavida is sometimes incorrectly referred to as the "Yellow Flame Tree" which is more correctly applied to Peltophorum pteracarpum
I read one report on Garden Web of a white flowering cultivar (with a bit of red) growing in Darwin.
I think it might be - Delonix elata ,a sepatate species to Delonix regia with enough differences to perhaps justify placing it in a different genus.
Delonix regia apparently can be found with up to 5 colour variations with white, arguably, one of them, although the albino D. regia could be a pigment malformation and not necessarily a colour variety.
Does anyone know what the name Delonix regia var.genuina refers to.Is it just a synonym for delonix regia or is it another cultivar ???

Family : Hemerocallidaceae
The following is from Wikipedia.
Hemerocallis is one of the most hybridized of all garden plants, with registrations of new hybrids being made in the thousands each year in the search for new traits. Hybridizers have extended the plant's color range from the yellow, orange, and pale pink of the species, to vibrant reds, purples, lavenders, greenish tones, near-black, near-white, and more. However, a blue daylily is a milestone yet to be reached.
Other flower traits that hybridizers develop include height, scent, ruffled edges, contrasting "eyes" in the center of the bloom, and an illusion of glitter or "diamond dust." Sought-after improvements in foliage include color, variegation, disease resistance, and the ability to form large, neat clumps.
The species is native to Europe,China Korea and Japan
