Last Thursday, there were stronger Northern Lights over Germany again.
As the data looked promising in the evening, I headed out right after sunset to a nearby Castle in Wilhelmshöhe Park here in Kassel. I waited at the top for the first colors to appear in the sky. And just as it got completely dark, purple Northern Lights started dancing for a few magical minutes. They were even briefly visible to the naked eye.
