The best part of my weekend is getting up early and hitting the nature trails before they become overrun with people. There is lots of new green growth now but nothing yet with much colour.

I found this new sprout tucked into a little crevasse amongst some rocks. The sunlight was hitting it just right to spotlight it against the dark background.
