Watching you watching me
It's so easy to see
That it's my loving you
That puts the starlight in your eyes...

They told me to look at the bright side,
Too see it all, both bad and good,
There’s so much I have to say,
And I just wish that they would listen,
But until I have the chance to express myself,
There’s a part of me that’s missing...

After Malta, Luxembourg is the second smallest member state of today’s European Union. Nevertheless it was present at the birth of a united Europe. Along with Belgium, Germany, France, Italy and The Netherlands,
the Grand Duchy was one of the signatories of the Treaty of Rome in 1957.
Luxembourg City itself enjoys equal rights with Brussels and Strasbourg as one of the three official EU capitals.
The Place de l’Europe, right behind the Grand Duchess Charlotte Bridge, commonly referred to as the “Red Bridge”, is a symbolic gateway to Europe and the booming Kirchberg quarter. The Place de l’Europe features striking futuristic façades, which house not only EU offices and conference rooms, but also impressive cultural institutions...

Catholic Priests are facing a dramatic moment in the history of the Roman Catholic Church. It was only recently when we first heard about the initial allegations of sexual abuse within the Catholic priesthood that were surfacing in Boston. Although awareness of the widespread scope of these abuses first received significant media attention in Canada, Ireland and the United States, other cases were also reported in a number of other countries. This scandal has shaken faith in the Roman Catholic Church, and raised questions about basic tenets of the priesthood, including the vow of celibacy and the ordination of women. These allegations are especially disturbing for two reasons. First, parents trusted these men with their teenagers and children in the parochial education system, as well as in church service. That trust has been severely damaged. Second, the Catholic Church leadership has known of these abuses for years, yet it took a public outcry in order for them to be motivated to take remedial action...
