This is a short clip from "My Trans American Road Trip" which aired on Nov 2nd in the UK on Channel 4. Peg and I were lucky enough to be a part of it and got our two minutes of fame. (That we shot 90 minutes to get!) Peg, as usual, was fantastic and blows me away with her love.
The whole show is very worth watching and is a fascinating look at attitudes in America on the eve of the election. It was fabulous to meet Abi Austen and it's heartbreaking to see what she goes through in the program, but heartening to see the positive pieces that come out of it. It's currently streaming on demand in the UK and should eventually be on YouTube.
Several of our friends also get a bit of screen time in this clip.
